Ryan came to us with a background in construction as a Superintendent and having also worked in facilities management. He was eager to learn about project management and had a great opportunity to assist the team by playing a few different roles at GEHC. He helped build the team during preconstruction, but then also assisted our superintendent in the field and became the much-needed extra hand on a very fast paced project. Ryan proved to be an incredible asset to the team both with his head and his hands. He not only helped the architectural team develop some unfinished details, but he also spent time in his own garage developing mockups and other components that became part of the finished product. Kevin’s clients say that he is proactive, holds everyone accountable, and values feedback. They say that he respects his clients, their employees, his team members and subcontractors. Clients regularly say that he is an amazing leader and just fantastic to work with. Jon served as a Project Manager for projects at Toshiba, Caterpillar, Johnson Controls, Badger Meter, WE Energies, and FoxConn. He has become one of the premier industrial project managers in the region. He works hard, has an intense attention to detail, communicates effectively and sets an expectation of high-quality work on his projects. He brings humor and a steady calm to his approach establishing a confident tone on the jobsite.
